### Summary
These positions are assigned to MWR, Business Operations Division, and will be referred out to the Twin Oaks Bowling Center.

### Responsibilities
* Opens and unpacks cartons of materials and removes contents.
* Polices assigned areas, collects and disposes of trash and debris, cuts grass and pulls weeds, waters grass and flower beds, spreads mulch, and rakes leaves.
* Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors. Uses industrial household cleaners to clean, disinfect and deodorize windows, mirrors, fixtures, and facilities.

### Conditions of Employment
* Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
* Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
* Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
* Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
* Successfully complete all required background checks to include a health screening.
* Be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. Be able to walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis.
* Must be 18 years of age by the time of appointment
* Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
### Qualifications
Three (3) months of laboring experience required. Must have the ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used,
and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant
supervision of each task assigned.
### Education
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
